ROY BARDEN
Strategic Board Advisor

Roy is a transformation leader with 25+ years’ experience improving Corporate Services across large public and private organisations. An expert in shared services, outsourcing, and operating model redesign, he has held an Associate Partner role with EY and Practice Lead with The Hackett Group.
Roy now advises executives and teams as both a strategic transformation specialist and an executive coach.
PATRICK JELLY
Strategic Board Advisor
A senior financial services leader with extensive experience across asset finance and vendor financing. Known for driving revenue growth, strengthening commercial performance and leading major teams across Europe and Asia Pacific.
He has chaired Audit & Risk, led large-scale business transformation and held senior board roles with Aldermore and Pitney Bowes.

Rob Ritchie brings 23 years of experience in transformation, strategic transactions, and consulting across defence, government, logistics and commodities. He leads a long-standing team at Vaucluse known for high-trust partnerships, operational clarity and efficient delivery.

Director
Kevin has 15 years of experience across management consulting, transformation and technology. He specialises in market intelligence, emerging-trend research and competitor analysis, supporting Vaucluse’s programmes with clear, actionable insight.
SIMON TROTT
Managing Consultant
Simon Trott has more than two decades of experience across management consulting and executive search. He specialises in C-suite and transformation leadership appointments, known for his sharp assessment capability, structured interviewing approach and deep understanding of what effective leadership looks like in complex environments.
JAKE JOSEPH
Associate Director
Jake Joseph brings over 35 years of public- and private-sector experience across human capital consulting, federal talent strategy, and senior management. He has sourced Secret and Top Secret–cleared specialists for DHS, DLA and DoD programmes, alongside significant ERP and IT implementation leadership. Earlier in his career, he worked with KPMG and the United Nations in Sub-Saharan Africa, supporting major projects across complex environments.
Pam Branson
Business Support Manager
Pam brings over 20 years’ experience supporting consulting and transformation programmes across the public and private sectors. She enables Vaucluse Associates to deliver effective programme support, build high-performing associate communities, and structure senior leadership teams for complex initiatives. Her expertise spans transformation delivery, executive resourcing, and modern flexible workforce models.
Paddy White
Finance Manager & Administration
Paddy brings strong experience in finance operations, bookkeeping and executive administration. She supports Vaucluse Associates by managing day-to-day financial processes, coordinating diaries and projects, and maintaining smooth, reliable operations. Her core strengths include bookkeeping, budget management and efficient workflow support.
